Week 7 - cudluv?
In week 7 Makings present Cudluv? This number showcase’s the band’s ability to do a guitar driven pop track.
Week 6 - Human Nature
This is Human Nature. With it’s hypnotic groove that builds to a powerful crescendo, Makings have closed many a night with this track.
Week 5 - Too Big To Fail
Too Big To Fail is a tune with an infectious bass line that never fails to fill the floor, in Ireland we call this a ‘banger’. Play it at your next house party!
Week 4 - Lonely Child
Lonely Child is a classic Makings track that contains all the elements of their signature sound. Released in November 2019 it had been has been a ‘live’ favourite at their shows the past year.
Week 3 - Glitch
Glitch has been a mainstay of Makings live set the past 2 years. Hear the catchy vocals hooks take centre stage against a backdrop of stuttering synths and and well placed guitars.
Week 2 - Codex
Just one week after dropping ‘Retro’ Makings release the follow up ‘Codex’ , an electro tune with a dark edge and middle eastern vibes that delivers a serious punch.
Week 1 - RETRO
Retro is the first to feature Julieanna who has been a key part of the live shows throughout 2019. Released on 18th October it showcases how Makings can mix rock & rap with electronica to create a unique sound that is truly their own.
